About the role
Temporary position for 12 months with possibility of extension
The Operational Efficiency Expertise Department works to protect the interests of our members, clients and organization through sound management of processes and risks to control the operations of the Business Services Executive Division. You carry out large-scale projects that require documenting and analyzing business processes to make innovative recommendations for improvement. You may be required to work in various areas of the Business Services Executive Division (financing, banking, investment, capital markets, specialized services, etc.). As a Senior Advisor, Process Improvement, you help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and the resulting operational activities. You advise and support clients and partners on various initiatives related to your field. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Document or update processes through workshops with representatives of owners and process agents
- Highlight preliminary opportunities for reducing waste (pain points and opportunities) and identify potential alignments with one or more projects
- Facilitate activities to assess the maturity of the process and ensure collaboration between all participants
- Organize and lead workshops to identify key target performance indicators (list of potential indicators) that support process improvement and their operating mechanisms

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in CRM implementation
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
