Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityIQ andor IdentityNow)

Build and customize SailPoint components including Workflows Lifecycle eventsRules (BeanShell Java)Forms, policies, certifications, and provisioning logic

Develop and support complex application integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAPLead endtoend implementation of identity lifecycle management (JoinerMoverLeaver)Configure access certifications, role models, and entitlement hierarchies

Implement and optimize provisioning and deprovisioning workflowsTroubleshoot performance, provisioning failures, and aggregation issues

Support SailPoint upgrades, patching, and platform migrations

Ensure IAM solutions meet security, audit, and compliance requirements (SOX, ISO, SOC)Collaborate with IAM Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams
