Sustainability Systems Lead The Sustainability Systems Lead will serve as the single point of accountability for the company-wide rollout, optimization, and sustained adoption of IsoMetrix. This is a dedicated role tasked with aligning system design to business needs, driving decision-making, coordinating site implementation, and consistent execution across all Alamos Gold operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership & Strategic Direction: Own and lead the overall IsoMetrix project plan across the company, including timeline, scope, resourcing, and risk management. Act as the primary liaison with the IsoMetrix vendor.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Decision-Making: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, H&S, Environment, Operations) to align on goals, standards, and system design.
- Change Management & Communication: Lead change management strategy and communications across the organization. Ensure leaders and end users understand the “why,” and are equipped to engage with the new system.
- System Configuration & Continuous Improvement: Oversee system calibration, including workflow setup, user permissions, reporting tools, and dashboards. Build in feedback loops and evolve the platform based on operational and user needs.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track adoption, usage, data quality, and performance metrics. Report progress to senior leadership and escalate blockers or gaps.
- Support & Oversight of Site Champions: Provide structure, coaching, and support to Site-Based IsoMetrix Champions. Ensure alignment of system use and configuration across sites, and that Champions are equipped to drive local adoption.

- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technology implementations from initiation to adoption.
- Strong Systems Thinker: Understands how digital tools intersect with operational processes, data flows, and organizational culture.
- Highly Collaborative: Able to build trust and alignment across the Company and with site leadership. A strong facilitator and communicator.
- Hands-On & Execution-Oriented: Willing to roll up sleeves, troubleshoot technical and adoption issues, and provide direct support to end users and Site Champions.
- Change Management Expertise: Experience driving system-related behavioural change in operational environments.
Experience Preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience leading projects, ideally in safety, operations, systems, or business transformation roles within mining or heavy industry.
- Experience implementing or managing EHS, risk, or incident management platforms (e.g., IsoMetrix, Intelex, Cority, SAP EHS, etc.).
- Formal project management training or certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is an asset.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is strongly preferred.
- Regular travel to sites required (Ontario CA, Manitoba CA & Sonora MX)
