LOCATION: North Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
DURATION: 4 months Co-op (Full-Time, 40 hours per week)
As an infrastructure consultancy acting as owner’s representatives for utility and municipal clients, Maven delivers projects and services that will serve the communities where we live, work and play. And it starts with our people – motived to do our best work and make an impact.
We are looking for a Marketing Co-Op Student who is passionate about marketing and communications, eager to support business growth activities, and most importantly aligns with our team core values (Safety, Wellbeing, Respect, Quality, Collaborate, Growth Mindset). This position is based in North Vancouver primarily, but some hybrid work is expected.

Responsibilities:
This work requires collaboration with the Corporate Services and Project Delivery teams and reports to one of our Founding Partners. The core responsibilities include:
- Assist with implementation of a corporate wide brand refresh
- Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations, capability statements).
- Support the preparation of revised templates for documents like client proposals and bid submissions.
- Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct market and competitor research in the utility sector.
- Assist in organizing industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Maintain and update the company website and internal content libraries.
- Support internal communications (e.g., newsletters, project highlights).
- Coordinate the collection of project photos, client testimonials, and case studies.
- Work cross-functionally with project managers, technical leads, and the business development team.)
Who We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution’s co-op program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or HubSpot would be an asset.
- Interest in engineering, infrastructure, or the electrical utility industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated and curious with a growth mindset.

Compensation:
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skillset, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. The pay range for this role is from $20 to $25 per hour.
