About the Role:
Curiouscast, Corus Entertainment’s podcast network, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Campaign Coordinator, Podcasting to support the execution of podcast advertising campaigns from start to finish.
This role works closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Production, and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time, delivered accurately, and optimized for success.
The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced media environment with multiple deadlines.
You will contribute by:
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of podcast advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Ad Operations, Production, Traffic, and external vendors.
- Set up, track, and manage campaign details including flight dates, creative assets, ad copy, and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery, flagging issues and working with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reports, and updates in internal systems.
- Support campaign pacing, optimization, and post-campaign reporting as required.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure campaigns align with network capacity and commitments.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding campaign status, changes, and timelines.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign quality.
Skills and experience you will bring:
- Post-secondary education in Digital Advertising/marketing, Broadcasting, Broadcast Technology or in a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, podcasting, Sales, media coordination, or a related field.
- Experience with ad serving platforms or CRM tools a must
- Technical experience and proficiency with all top podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Amazon, Spotify) and podcast hosting platforms
- Experience in finance and financial tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
