Contract Administrator
About the role
Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 Annually
This position is to fill an upcoming vacancy.

Manage customer accounts

Review, enter and maintain Purchase orders
-
Daily invoicing of customer orders
-
Ensure follow up with production and update delivery status
-
Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and in the resolution of technical problems.

Be a Liaison between customers and internal departments
-
Participate in account receivables and payment issues
-
Plan and participate in client visits
-
A degree in a technical discipline, aerospace or administration;
-
2-3 Years experience in a similar sales administration role (experience in aerospace an asset)
-
3 + Years experience in a manufacturing setting
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
-
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite -with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Ability to multi task

Strong attention to detail

Self directed and able to work independently
