Get ready to take charge of the front desk at Colonial Honda! As our Administrative Assistant, you would not just be greeting customers, you would be setting the tone for the entire dealership. You will be the professional, welcoming voice on the phone, the friendly face customers meet at the door, and the reliable point of contact who helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

We are seeking a candidate who is friendly, organized, and proactive. If you thrive in a dealership where no two days are the same, communicate clearly, and enjoy being the person the team can count on, you will excel here.

This position is more than reception, it is your opportunity to become a key support to the dealership and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.70-$23.50

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Greet customers, answer phones, and provide information professionally
  • Handle data entry, key logs, dealer plate logs, and daily cash posting
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and updating systems
  • Support the team, manage customer service needs, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Support the accounting office with tasks such as posting Accounts Receivable, stocking in inventory and floorplan assistance, daily and monthly reports as required.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning. organizing, and updating system

What Helps You Stand Out

  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and maintain attention to detail
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer‑service mindset
  • Basic computer skills: familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) is an asset
  • 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
