About the role

District Office Leadership Assistant (Full-Time, 35 hrs/week)

North Bay, Ontario (in-person)

Salary: $26.64 - $31.54

Deadline to apply: December 15, 2025

Start Date: mid-end January 2026

Required: Full G driver's license and French language proficiency (Oral & Written)

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the District Office Leadership Assistant is responsible for the coordination of varied administrative functions related primarily to providing administrative, organizational, and networking support to the Executive Director. As part of the District Office, the incumbent will work closely with the team and provide coverage as required.

Preferred

  • College Diploma in Business Administration

Experience

  • 3 years of previous work experience in a managerial or administrative role

Skills

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Specialized analytical, research, report writing, and presentation (e.g., charts and graphs) skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving solving and interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer skills, including confidence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, databases and email/internet)

  • Occasional evening and weekend commitments
