LIVE-IN OVERNIGHT SUPPORT MENTOR — LE BAYIT

Montreal | Private accommodation included + salary

About Alink Foundation

Alink Foundation is a community organization in Montreal that supports neurodivergent adults and their families through social and recreational activities, life-skills training and supportive housing. Le Bayit, our housing-readiness program in a simulated duplex located in the Snowdon/Côte-des-Neiges area, is scheduled to open this fall.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, responsible individual to live on-site and support neurodivergent adults participating in an independent-living training program.

The position includes

  • Private bedroom, bathroom and workspace
  • Free room, board and utilities
  • Competitive salary
  • Evening responsibilities and sleep-in overnight availability
  • Meaningful experience in life-skills mentorship and community support

Experience supporting neurodivergent people or individuals with disabilities is an asset.

This is a sleep-in overnight position. The mentor is not expected to remain awake overnight but must be on-site and available if support is needed. Daytime hours are generally free, making the role well suited to someone with other daytime responsibilities.

Founded in 2018

Alink Foundation is a community organization in Montreal that supports neurodivergent adults and their families by providing access to the resources they need and by building partnerships to create: ◦ Supportive housing resources ◦ Life skills training programs ◦ Social and recreational activities

We build community while building skills, recognizing that learning is a lifelong and not a linear process, especially for those whose brains work differently.

Our Vision is a society in which neurodivergent adults live meaningful and dignified lives within the community, not isolated from it.
