OSE The Financial Analyst will coordinate (in English and Japanese) budget processes (‘BP’), perform modeling and projections of operational plans to determine financial results including revenue, profit and cash flow. Manage special projects, interface with MMC, CFO and President/CEO on financial related issues including consolidated profitability, profit by model and cash flow projections. You will build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide professional financial assistance in alignment with organizational priori

LITIES Prepares and takes leadership of BP along with financial forecasting to support strategic p lanningPrepares financial simu lationsPrepares Profit by Vehicle Model Re portingPrepares Cash Flow Analysis and Projections Re portingFinancial Modeling of results using multiple planning sc enariosPartners with MMC (parent company in Japan) and other internal departments to handle all requests and questions on an ongoing basis to ensure financial processes align with business objectives and support operational effi ciency.Support the annual compensation cycles and create documents for DOA a pprovalOther duties as assigned or r
