POSITION The Manager, Revenue Performance & Enablement plays a critical role in operationalizing Jonas Club Software’s 2026–2027 go-to-market (GTM) strategy by driving consistency, accountability, and executional discipline across our revenue teams. This role is designed for a strong operator, teacher, and coach—someone who can partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership to reinforce standards, improve sales behaviors, and enable the systems and structures that allow Client Managers, BDRs, and Specialists to thrive. You will own sales onboarding, sales enablement programs, performance analytics, and commercial operating rhythms, ensuring our team has clarity, confidence, and consistency in how we plan, sell, and grow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and execute the full onboarding and enablement program for Client Managers, BDRs, and Specialists.
  • Build and maintain role-based playbooks, certifications, and learning paths aligned to GTM priorities.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership to define performance expectations and onboarding milestones.
  • Lead the Annual Learning & Development Kickoff, reinforcing execution standards and selling behaviors.
  • Deliver monthly enablement and skill-building sessions aligned to commercial goals.
  • Facilitate our Sales Community of Practice to share best practices, competitive insights, and success stories.
  • Coach Client Managers and sales leaders on core skills including discovery, demoing, objection handling, and account growth.
  • Provide operational support to Sales and Marketing Leadership for 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and KPI tracking.
  • Use Salesforce dashboards to monitor trends across pipeline, product lines, and performance.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure full lifecycle tracking from MQL to Opportunity.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on revenue KPIs and sales health.
  • Design and facilitate the cadence for Sales & Marketing leadership meetings, monthly field team reviews, and quarterly GTM planning.
  • Reinforce performance frameworks, forecast discipline, and CRM hygiene across the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in key processes: SARs, account planning, renewals, onboarding, and opportunity management.
  • Maintain the Sales SharePoint as the single source of truth for enablement and GTM content.
  • Recommend tools and workflows that enhance productivity and execution discipline.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership and the President of Jonas Club Software to support adoption of GTM initiatives, succession planning, and performance culture.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or commercial performance roles.
  • Strong experience building onboarding programs, certifications, and sales playbooks.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching commercial leaders and frontline reps on execution discipline and selling skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting and CRM hygiene best practices.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, private club, or hospitality industry is a strong asset.
