About the role
The team at Playfair Dental Centre located in Orangeville, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis. The ideal Treatment Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours per week
- Days of the week: Monday 12:00-8:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00- 5:00pm, Friday 8:00-3:30pm plus 1 Saturday per Month (None in July and August)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
- Experience with dental practice management software such as [Abeldent] is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
