We are currently hiring for the position of:
ENTERPRISE SOLUTION ARCHITECT, MARKET
The Enterprise Solution Architect, Market reports into the VP, Digital Transformation. This role designs and maintains the technical architecture for digital enablement initiatives while ensuring alignment between market-specific business needs and enterprise IT standards, enabling the organization to deliver customer-facing technology solutions at pace while maintaining long-term scalability and integration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
- Design and maintain enterprise architecture framework that aligns business strategy, applications, data infrastructure, and technology platforms to enable "Speed 2" market delivery while ensuring compatibility with broader organizational IT landscape.
- Conduct architecture reviews of proposed solutions and existing systems to ensure adherence to established standards, integration patterns, and governance processes.
- Provide technical thought leadership on emerging technologies, architectural patterns, and industry best practices to inform strategic technology decisions and investment priorities.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to design end-to-end solutions that maintain integrity across system boundaries and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Define and document architecture standards, design patterns, and reference architectures to improve consistency, reduce technical debt, and accelerate solution delivery.
- Assess and recommend improvements to infrastructure, data architecture, cloud architecture, and application architecture to enhance scalability, stability, security, and cost efficiency across the IT environment
JOB GRADE & SALARY:
- Job Grade 6
- 125,000 – 150,000

Weekly in-office requirements:
- Minimum 2 days (November to April)
- Minimum 3 days (May to October)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must Haves (Min Requirement):
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical architecture roles with increasing scope and complexity
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, data, infrastructure, integration)
- Proven track record leading architecture for digital transformation initiatives including customer-facing applications (mobile apps, CRM platforms, websites)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud architecture patterns
- Experience with API design, integration architecture, and data architecture principles
- Track record working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Enterprise architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF) or cloud certifications
- Experience with specific enterprise architecture frameworks and tools
- Background in retail, consumer-facing, or market-driven organizations
- Experience with architecture governance processes and tooling
