What to Expect
Consider before submitting an application:
This position is expected to start around January 2026 and continue through the Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) or continuing into Summer 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
Tesla’s Sales Service and Delivery team oversees the regional business responsible for getting our products into our customers hands and ensuring that all their service needs are met at the highest level. They engage and educate our customer base and focus on creating a world class experience in buying and owning our vehicle. While challenging the status quo of the automotive experience, the SSD team is continuously pushing the envelope when it comes to operations and execution.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the administrative support of North America programs intended to generate new leads and accelerate the sales cycle Aid in program/campaign calendar planning and maintenance of events
- Assist in the development and maintenance of available content for various programs
- Support in the creation of digital assets for programs and field sales teams as needed
- Assist with asset management; sourcing, delivery, and organization as needed
- Support in the development of field sales program resources and management; playbooks, request forms, available content or assets libraries, etc.
- Working with national partners to gather information and coordinate as needed
- Event and program success tracking and ROI
- Work cross-functionally with other business team members; analytics, web, fleet, etc.
