Virtual Web Developer
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain functional and visually appealing websites. The ideal candidate will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and responsiveness across devices.
This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and skilled in modern web technologies, with a strong ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement new features
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across front-end and back-end systems
- Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends
- Maintain documentation for projects and codebases
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js)
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (but Not Required):
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Knowledge of web security best practices
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 8GB RAM (minimum)
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
