Construction Superintendent - Senior
About the role
Adecco is actively seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent for a top-tier client in Calgary or Edmonton, AB. This full-time role offers $100,000-$145,000 CAD annually and the opportunity to lead large-scale warehouse and industrial builds. You'll oversee all site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Ideal for a hands-on leader with 10+ years' experience in complex industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations, including scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial builds from 15 to 100+ acres
- Supervise both self-performed and subcontracted construction work
- Provide hands-on, on-site guidance and leadership to large crews
- Solve complex construction challenges using deep technical knowledge
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience in warehouse or industrial builds
- Experience with high-capacity warehouse and tight-access site logistics
- Skilled Trades Certification (asset, not required)
- Strong delegation and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project tools
- Willingness to travel if required
