Your Role at Manion

As aBilingual (French) Customer Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for Plan Members and their healthcare providers—primarily via phone, email, and live chat. This is a hybrid position, workingtwo days per week in our officeandthree days remotely, with the option for overtime. Our office locations are in Woodbridge and Etobicoke ON.

Our contact center operatesMonday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing plan coverage information, explaining claims processes, and supporting customer inquiries to create a smooth, positive experience.

What to Expect

In your first month you will go through training in a virtual environment going through all the process, products and procedures necessary to be a subject matter expert in your new role.

What You Will Do

  • You are an advocate for our Plan Members and excel in delivering exceptional service.
  • You manage multiple priorities efficiently while remaining focused and composed.
  • You remain positive and professional, even after difficult interactions.
  • You’re a team player who contributes to a collaborative and solutions-focused environment.
  • You handle inquiries confidently and provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or call center environment.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using a variety of customer service software and systems.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Previous participation in an employee group benefits plan.

YOUR COMPENSATION

At the time of this posting, the estimated pay for this position is $52,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the base pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards and benefits, that we proudly offer.
