We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our growing team!
You play a mission-critical role in conceiving and evolving our digital ecosystem. You will report to the Manager, Strategy & Design, self-service (existing customers).
What you'll do here:
- Create highly useable, visually stunning, and fun-to-use UI designs for Web applications.
- Develop clear, functional UI mockups & prototypes thinking mobile first.
- Visualize, propose, and present creative design concepts in a variety of visual styles.
- Conduct user tests and interviews to validate designs.
- Generate UI assets and work with developers to implement and validate specifications.
- Leverage, feed and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands.
- Advocate for new guidelines and libraries in the Design System with the design community.
- Be an advocate for user-centred, data-driven design.
What you bring to the table:
- At least five years of experience creating highly useable, visually stunning, and fun-to-use UI designs for Web applications.
- Expertise in usability and user-centred design practices.
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Experience with UX research tools an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, etc.).
- You love working in a collaborative environment that has a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, open minds and having fun.
- Bilingualism. Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
