Fundraising Inside Sales Lead (Full‑Time, Remote)

We’re a lean, hands‑on team that values speed, ownership, and outcomes. You will have an interest in communicating, to create and optimize sales messaging, and you will have an interest in tools to design and run efficient systems that create operating leverage in our fundraising process. You will use our CRM, Attio, for clean pipeline flow, Dripify and other tools for scalable outreach, and use automation and generative AI tools to make yourself and others more effective, through a process of continuous improvement.
You will also keep our managing directors moving at peak leverage with high‑impact sales assistant support—tight calendars, messaging both from your own and their inboxes, and efficient event orchestration—so no lead slips through the cracks.

Role Focus (70–80% Inside Sales, 20–30% EA) Inside Sales For Fundraising (primary) Your mandate is to create, advance, and close‑ready investor pipeline globally while also building a distribution channel in Canada, the US and Switzerland with firms that can place our products into client portfolios. In parallel, you will run a light direct to client “deal desk” to remove friction in subscriptions by coordinating between investors and our fund administrator.
- Prospect & segment potential investors (individuals, investment advisors and wealth managers, family offices) and distribution channels for our fund.
- Run multi‑touch outbound (email/LinkedIn/calls); personalize at scale; test/iterate messaging by segment and region.
- Qualify & book pre-vetted managing director meetings.
- Drive deal momentum, including direct‑investor subscription ops by coordinating tightly with the fund administrator.
- Maintain CRM excellence in Attio with clean stages/next steps and weekly pipeline/activity reporting; operate Dripify, Apollo, Calendly for conversions.
- Build automation & AI workflows (n8n/Make + gen‑AI) for personalization, enrichment, routing, nudges, dedupe, and alerts that create operating leverage.
- Maximize trip productivity: cluster investor/distributor meetings and lunches to densify travel days.
High‑Leverage EA (secondary) This role also keeps our GPs operating at peak leverage so no lead is missed and follow‑through is flawless.
- Calendar optimization & scheduling for investor/distributor meetings; protect focus blocks and prioritize high‑yield opportunities.
- Liaison with prospective/existing LPs and partners; draft responses and route next steps.
- Travel & event logistics aligned to fundraising sprints/roadshows; set up investor lunches and small events that move deals.
- Materials readiness & compliance: correct deck/version, FAQs, and approved responses; manage data rooms/portals; escalate edge cases early.
Tooling CRMs (Attio), Dripify (LinkedIn), Apollo, Calendly, n8n/Make, generative AI tooling, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator [Note: past experience not required; you will be expected to learn these and others.]
What You’ve Done

- Systems thinker: you design simple, scalable workflows and measure what matters (reply/show rates, stage velocity, time‑to‑close).
- Confident and powerful communicator (written + live) with senior/HNW stakeholders and institutional partners.
- Chief of staff or assistant muscles: organize, prioritize, and keep leaders moving without dropped balls.
- Nice‑to‑have (not required): prior SDR/BDR/Inside Sales; finance/VC/wealth.
Location & Hours Remote, full‑time.
Compensation Competitive base plus high-upside incentive compensation tied to achieving clear fundraising targets. High-upside, results-driven growth path.
