Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce for a 12-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite work at our client’s Toronto office.
Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project with our client to develop Salesforce CRM solutions for the Funding Management System. The project focuses on grant management and integration with third-party systems, contributing to the Enterprise CRM Roadmap growth.
Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce - Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing business requirements analysis and definition for the Funding Management System. Act as the single point of contact for SCP SMEs, collaborating with vendors on business analysis and requirements gathering. Support Development User Story refinement during various Sprints. Support User Acceptance Testing and participate in Sprint Reviews and Back Log management. Ensure vendor business requirements meet the Agency's highest standards. Support the development of the Agency Enterprise CRM roadmap with business stakeholders.
Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce - Mandatory Skills:
3+ years of experience in the Public Sector with developing complete Salesforce CRM solutions. 5+ years of experience with Salesforce PSS Grantmaking or a closely related Salesforce cloud module. 5+ years of experience with Agile SCRUM methodology. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and User Story creation. 3+ years of experience with Salesforce and 3rd party system integrations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certification. Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification. Experience in healthcare, transfer payment administration, or public sector funding management processes. Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or equivalent financial experience.
Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 months contract, with an option to extend for up to an additional 12 months.
Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce - Start Date:
ASAP.
Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with onsite work required at least 2-3 days a week, subject to the Hiring Manager's discretion.
