Position Summary The Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the resign, renewal and add upgrade efforts for the sales teams, including but not limited to District Managers, AVPs, Regional VPs and Business Development Managers. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, calls and producing opportunities through outbound. There will be some support around managing the existing pipeline of Canadian inbound leads. This role is National in scope working out of the Mississauga Office. The ideal candidate has served in a full-sales cycle role, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management:

  • Manage pipeline of all renewal, retention and remote service opportunities as identified by Sales and Operations Groups.

  • Accurately capture and log client and account information in the CRM system as assigned by Senior Director.

  • Complete the full sales cycle of all add/upgrades and any renewal and retention efforts.

  • Enrich account profiles with relevant data from public and internal sources.

  • Route larger opportunities to the appropriate Regional President/ Vice President based on territory, solution type, product expertise, and availability.

  • Track pipeline and all closed won/lost activity.

  • Manage all inbound leads from various sources, including website forms, phone inquiries, email campaigns, and referrals.

  • Accurately capture and log lead information in the CRM system Salesforce

  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria (e.g., budget, timeline, decision-maker).

  • Enrich lead profiles with relevant data from public and internal sources.

  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory, solution type, product expertise, and availability.

  • Track lead progression through the sales funnel and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.

  • Sales Excellence:

  • Complete all quotes in sales management or CRM tool.

  • Ability to disposition all calls in Twilio Call Center Instance.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate reports on opportunity pipeline, conversion rates, and other key sales metrics such as SEV, Margin Attainment and net new opportunities.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

  • Maintain open and effective communication with sales representatives, marketing team, and other stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.

  • Effectively communicate with potential customers via phone, email, text and other channels.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an inside sale, or full-sales cycle role.

  • Skills:

  • Speaks Fluent English, French and/ strong preference for Arabic

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or similar CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Dynamics)

  • Proficiency with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the Canada.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English and French in the province of Quebec.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including background investigation. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.   • Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mathematical concepts including computation of rates, ratios, percentages, averages and reconciliation.
  • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
  • Ability to use personal computers and office productivity software.
  • Ability to write original correspondence.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to be an effective team member and handle projects responsibly.
  • Courteous and professional telephone manner, with accuracy in taking messages.
