Our Listings Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all relevant property listing information is accurately input into MLS®
-
Prepare marketing listing books for print
-
Upload listings to various social media platforms and FarisTeam.ca
-
Communicate and respond to inquiries from Faris Team Sales Partners and clients
-
Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
-
Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Real Estate brokerage
-
Must be proficient in TREB systems
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and inputting data
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
