About the role

The Clerk IV provides complex clerical support. The Clerk IV performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications:

One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

One year recent library work experience and basic library research skills required. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and MS Teams. Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Collaborative team player. Accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Courses in Library and Information Technology preferred. Work experience in a health science library preferred. Experience with DOCLINE and Koha, or other interlibrary loan and integrated library systems preferred.
