Role Description
- Prospect and convert homeowners with spare bedrooms, from first outreach to a booked tour and a live listing
- Source and qualify small landlords with 2 to 6 bedroom units for our coliving program, then hand off to operations
- Keep your CRM pipeline clean and your follow-up timely
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years in sales or business development (real estate, prop-tech, marketplaces, or SaaS a plus)
- A clear, confident communicator in writing and on the phone
- Comfortable with a CRM (Hubspot) and outbound tools
- Self-directed and motivated
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and based in the GTA
Nice to have
A local real-estate or landlord network, experience selling to landlords or property managers, familiarity with the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act, or a second language.
Compensation and benefits:
- $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
- Stock options
- 3 weeks paid vacation
- Hybrid, 2 days a week in our Toronto office (68 Claremont St)
