As the User Experience (UX) Designer you will use your broad range of experience and design skills to craft creative and usable products. You will seek to understand our customers’ needs and behaviours and use this empathy to create experiences that engage and delight them. Working collaboratively with teammates and subject matter experts, you will embrace challenges and act as a champion for UX, showing the value of design through your work and your actions.
How you will create impact:

Creating thoughtful UX artifacts like journey maps, personas, storyboards, and user flows.

Producing a range of assets, from low-fi wireframes to pixel-perfect User Interface (UI) mock-ups with excellent documentation and taking a user-centred design approach to rapidly test and iterate on your designs.

Design wireframes through high fidelity UI mockups.

Create a visually stunning and intuitive interface for all our insurance products in responsive web applications including auto and property.

Bring to life the overall UX strategy and design language by applying to UI outputs for various projects across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Learning about our customers, uncovering new and interesting ways of meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Participating in problem-solving sessions, design critiques, workshops, presentations and other collaborative opportunities with your team and stakeholders.

Assessing and understanding information from many sources to make high-quality, balanced design choices that support our brand.
How you will succeed:

You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.

You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.

To join our team:

You have five years of experience in User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), product and user-centred design or a related field.

You have a post-secondary degree, with specialization in interaction design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related discipline.

You have expert knowledge of UX tools such as Figma, Miro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
-
Professional skills in HTML and CSS/front-end coding.
-
A portfolio showcasing relevant projects is required.

A strong understanding of accessible design standards and the importance of creating inclusive user experiences.

Experience in cross-platform or omnichannel design.
-
Hands-on experience designing user experiences within Salesforce ecosystem is a strong asset.
