- Developing and satisfying of our welthy clients
- Achieve revenue growth, synergy and engagement objectives for your Bankers team
- Maintain a high level of compliance and collaboration with the Bank's various sectors
- Support or influence the entire Private Banking 1859 team with your expertise and creativity
- Identify winning business strategies for our team and represent the PB1859 brand both within the Bank and in external markets
- Help develop the team's business plan
- Ensure sound management of your team by creating a motivating environment that reflects your qualities as an accomplished leader
- Develop a competent, proactive and engaged advisory force to create a superior client experience
- support organisational changes and contribute to the development of your team through a multidisciplinary team approach (PB1859, commercial Banking, Insurance, FP, etc.) focused on clients and all their needs
- Maximize employee contribution by setting performance objectives and following up regularly
Your team:
you are part of a team of 40 colleagues in Private Banking 1859 and report to the Regional Vice-President. More specifically, you will have a management scope of approximately 10 employees based across the greater region. Our team stands out for its experience and the quality of taking charge of clients. Fun and collaboration are a priority.
We favour a variety of forms of continuous learning to enhance your development, including on-the-job learning, training content and working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and expertise.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience or master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in retail or commercial financing
- Experience in team management and coaching
- Strong networking and business development skills
- travel in Quebec City, Saguenay Lac-St-Jean, Beauce and lower St. Lawrence regions.
