WHO DO WE SEEK?

Our client in the aerospace industry is seeking a motivated recent graduate or business student eager to build their career at the intersection of customer service, business operations, and data-driven decision-making. This role combines direct customer interaction with opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives and data analysis that enhance efficiency and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate insights for process improvement.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to customer interactions and operational performance.
  • Support business teams with reporting, dashboards, and data interpretation.
  • Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, IT, etc.) to support service enhancements.
  • Participate in projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong interest in customer service, operations, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain ideas clearly.
  • Comfort with data — proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), with bonus points for experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and methods.
  • Ability to balance customer-facing tasks with analytical/project work.

Preferred (Nice to Have, Not Required):

  • Experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role (internships count).

  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.

  • Bilingual (French and English)
