Position overview:

As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the Casino floor and various areas through a network of cameras and security systems to detect suspicious activities, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and maintain a safe environment for all guests and employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and Monitor Surveillance cameras and systems to observe activities throughout the casino.
• Detect and document irregular or suspicious behavior, including cheating, theft, and other violations.
• Collaborate with security and other departments to respond to incidents as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of surveillance footage and incidents.
• Assist in monitoring gaming activities to ensure compliance with AGLC policies.
• Communicate effectively with management and security teams to escalate issues and concerns.
• Ensure the integrity and security of surveillance equipment and systems.
• Adhere to all company and AGLC policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a surveillance or security role preferred, especially in a casino or gaming environment.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, security equipment, and video monitoring software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
