Altea is Canada’s premier fitness and wellness destination. Multiple boutique studios, modern recovery, and lifestyle amenities, all under one roof, for one membership. We bring together the quality of a standalone boutique with the breadth of a full service club, and we deliver an experience that members build their week around. We are the membership members actually use. Everything we do is designed to deliver a premium member experience.

Most boutique fitness instructors piece together a living. A few classes here, a few classes there, three studios on three nights, no real schedule, no real career. We built ours differently.

Altea offers more boutique fitness classes per week than any club in the country, taught across more modalities than any single-format studio could ever support. If you teach two formats, you could teach a full schedule. If you teach three or more, you have an opportunity to build a full-time career in a sustainable and time-effective manner.

We are hiring instructors in: Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Cycle, Yoga (Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Mobility), Boxing, Barre, Tread, and HYROX-style formats.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver Exceptional Classes. Planned, coached, and executed at the Altea standard. Every class. Every participant. Every time.

• Coach, Not Just Cue. You watch your participants, offer real-time modifications and encouragement, and make every person in the room feel seen and coached.

• Build Your Community. Regular members remember your name, your style, and how you make them feel. You build genuine connections that make your classes a destination.

• Show Up Prepared. Setup complete before the first member walks in. Your music is ready. You are on the floor early. The pre and post class sequence is done to standard.

WHO YOU ARE

You are here because you are genuinely excellent at what you do, and you know the difference between a class people attend and one they tell their friends about.

• You are coachable. Feedback is at the core of how we operate. The best instructors at Altea ask for it, apply it, and come back stronger because of it.

• You are a real coach. You watch your participants, adjust in real time, and make every person feel coached, not just counted.

• You are consistent. Your best class is not saved for when the room is full. The standard stays the same regardless of who is in the room or how many people showed up.

• You are professional. You communicate well, represent Altea in the studio and throughout the club, and hold yourself to a standard because you are proud of where you work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current certification in one or more formats: Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Cycle, Yoga, Boxing, Barre, Tread, HIIT, or equivalent

• Demonstrated experience teaching group fitness classes in a premium or studio environment

• Additional format certifications are a strong asset

• Reliable, punctual, and holds a consistently high standard of preparation and professionalism

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C, maintained annually

• Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement
