To achieve this, we have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System – we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.

We are now preparing for our upcoming commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.

As the Shipping/Receiving Associate at Kardium, you will be responsible for overseeing all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive continuous improvements in logistics operations.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in warehouse and shipping/receiving operations who is looking to advance their career in logistics and supply chain management.

The position reports to the Senior Logistics Analyst and requires on-site work at our Burnaby, BC location.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspect and verify inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders, invoices, manifests, and other documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Receive, label, and update records of incoming materials in the ERP system while maintaining accurate inventory tracking.
  • Pack, seal, and label outgoing shipments according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Track and monitor product shipments from order placement to final delivery at warehouses or designated sites.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading.

What you bring to the team

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • 5-7 years of experience in shipping and receiving is required
  • Experience with ERP Systems is considered a strong asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred
  • Candidates must be proficient in Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Ability to work well with others, as well as independently
  • Ensures full compliance with the company’s health and safety, code of integrity, and professional conduct policies

Compensation

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more experience than listed above, the pay range will be higher.

  • $24 - $28 CAD hourly (including 5% RRSP)
