We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Office Manager who enjoys keeping operations organized, building strong customer and vendor relationships, and using technology to work smarter.
This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the owner, with real involvement in day-to-day decisions and how the business operates.
If you like ownership, problem-solving, and working with modern tools like ERP systems and e-commerce platforms, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
– Oversee daily office operations and keep things running smoothly – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors – Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and follow-ups – Maintain accurate data in our ERP system – Update and manage e-commerce platforms, Amazon Seller Central, and online product databases – Support inventory, purchasing, and reporting activities – Handle customer calls and emails professionally – Help improve processes using technology, automation, and better workflows
What we’re looking for:
– 5+ years of office management or senior office administration experience – Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel) – Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills – Ability to learn ERP and business systems quickly –Experience with e-commerce platforms or Amazon Seller Central is a strong asset – Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale preferred – Interest in AI tools, automation, and process improvement is a plus
