With established relationships across a broad network of institutional and private lenders, CFO Capital advises developers, investors, and owner-operators on the origination and execution of commercial real estate financing transactions across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and develop new commercial real estate financing opportunities Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, lenders, and industry participants Identify market opportunities and contribute to deal structuring strategies Work closely with underwriting and execution teams to bring transactions to close
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within a Canadian commercial bank or credit union Strong experience in construction and term financing for commercial real estate Demonstrated track record of deal origination and client relationship management Strong understanding of credit, structuring, and lending markets
