WHAT WE OFFER
Full-time | Continuing | Saint John | On-Campus
**Standard Work Hours:**Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Additional Working Conditions: Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required
Possibility of minimal travel between campuses (Fredericton/Saint John) and within the Maritimes
Salary Range:$41,826 - $52,284 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Operations & Business Development Manager, the Client Service Representative will work to support prospective student inquiry, application and enrolment targets for UNB.
Provide outstanding customer service to all students and key influencers throughout the recruitment funnel.
Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email, phone and in person.
Maintain excellent knowledge of UNB, including programs, admission requirements, services, policies, etc.
Work closely with the university community to facilitate an excellent prospective student experience.
Execute and track all communications with prospective students within the CRM using a variety of media such as email, phone, text message, packing and mailing of info packages, etc.
Assist the recruiters with follow-up to all recruitment initiatives.
Assist the Recruitment Marketing Team with development and implementation of communication plans.
Develop and maintain reports for communication and tracking purposes.
Check agent references and develop new agent files for review.
Coordinate commission payment paperwork to 3rd party agencies.
Assist with, organize and implement innovative recruitment activities and events, both on and off campus.
Assist with other duties when required.
WHAT YOU BRING
University degree, preference will be given to recent UNB degree holders.
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.
Experience in customer service with a proven client service attitude.
Additional Strengths
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal and telephone skills and time management skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and provide quick reaction to requests.
Ability to work professionally with a diverse group of people, personalities and backgrounds.
Possess self-confidence, positive outlook and a high level of integrity. Ability to work in a team environment.
Computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft windows environment and Office 365, word-processing programs and database management.
