TheRegional Manager, Vehicle Inspectionsoversees the assigned regions by working closely with inspectors on job training, setting expectations, and monitoring inspections to ensure that they meet company standards. They also work closely with the National Inspection Manager and fellow Inspection Managers to ensure the inspection standards for quality and efficiency are followed. Travel to do "ride alongs" with the inspectors in your region and meetings will be required.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day workload and scheduling of the inspectors in your region
  • Ensure inspection processes and procedures are being followed to company standards
  • Complete training of new hires and provide ongoing training for your team
  • Approve bonuses, time cards and PTO requests
  • Responsible for assisting with hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination
  • Meet with your team members regularly to reinforce good practices and verify the quality of their work
  • Host weekly virtual team meetings to review achievements, concerns, and procedural updates
  • Auditing of all condition reports completed by new hires for 30 days and spot checking of all other inspectors
  • Conduct inspections of vehicles to detect damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems; prepare and submit reports of vehicles
  • Assist the inspection management team with the creation and maintenance of training documentation
  • Follow all applicable safety and health related procedures
  • Perform other job-related duties as directed by supervisor

What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years’ experience in the automotive or transportation industry with some supervisory skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Typing/Data Entry, Internet, and MS Office skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation to travel to and from work assignments

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $67,000.00 - $72,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
