Account Executive – Radio & Digital Sales
Vista Media is looking for an Account Executive to help grow our business across Central Alberta.
This role supports the Olds market, working with our local brands including 104.5 The GOAT, 96.5 The Ranch Olds, MyMountainViewNow.com, and Vista Reach digital marketing solutions.
Vista Radio is one of Canada’s fastest-growing independent radio broadcasters, serving communities across the country. Our teams work closely with local businesses to create marketing campaigns across radio, digital, and social platforms that help clients achieve their business objectives.
Candidates may live in Olds, Red Deer, Calgary, or surrounding communities, as the role focuses on building relationships with businesses throughout the region.
What You’ll Do
- Develop marketing campaigns across radio and digital platforms
- Meet with business owners and decision makers
- Identify growth opportunities and generate new business
- Build and manage a client portfolio
- Work with our creative and digital teams to execute campaigns
- Meet and exceed revenue targets

The Role
This is a commission-based sales position with base support, where your income grows alongside the business you build.
People who enjoy independence, meeting new people, and building long-term client relationships tend to thrive in this role.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Independent and self-motivated
- A strong communicator and presenter
- Naturally good at building relationships
- Curious about how businesses operate
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients
If people often say “you know everyone” or “you should be in sales,” you’ll probably enjoy this role.
Sales experience is helpful, but drive, personality, and the ability to connect with people matter most.
Location
This role supports the Olds market and surrounding Central Alberta region, and candidates may live in Olds, Red Deer, Calgary, or nearby communities.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with some flexibility based on individual and operational needs
