About the role
This role is designed to be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Information and Technology (I&T) organization at BRP. This group consists of functional and technical system experts across multiple application portfolios supporting Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics business capabilities. The team is responsible for Application Lifecycle Management as well as project delivery to enable BRP to maximize its I&T investments in new and existing solutions and achieve its goals and future growth objectives. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Is the link between business and project team and ensures continuous understanding of the end to end solution and its integration into the ecosystem
Responsible of putting in place and deliver high quality solutions meeting business expectations
Work with projects managers, team leads, architects and subject matter experts to estimate effort required to deliver projects/small improvements.
Participate in the delivery of projects/implementations and continuous improvement initiatives; including design, configuration, functional/integration testing and implementation
Develop relationships with key business partners/users to drive the effectiveness of the solutions
Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses, where appropriate
Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection
Contributes to program/project planning activities
Understands business processes, existing & target
Ensures the solutions (business, high level solutions, system specifications) satisfy the requirements and key features.
Identifies, manages and addresses the gaps between the requirements and solution being delivered until they are resolved.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems or Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or other relevant subject areas.
10+ years' experience in full life-cycle implementation of those area: Engineering. Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing solutions.
Experience with international and large-scale projects (with ERP SAP, Manufacturing MES and PLM Teamcenter)
Good knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S4, SAP MM/PP, EWM, TM and Siemens Teamcenter and other Manufacturing solutions
Deep level of understanding of and experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistic
Experience working with third-party integrations with ERP, MES and PLM
Solid understanding of SAP ECC/S4 processes
Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers
Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities.
Strong communication / interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
You’re able to work in French and English (written and oral) in order to communicate with international suppliers/carriers on a daily basis
