About the role

We are looking for aSenior Talent Acquisition Partnerto help build and scale the recruiting function within our growing organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys both**strategy and execution,**someone who wants to partner with leadership to shape how we attract talent, while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across the business to design recruiting strategies, improve hiring processes, and directly lead full-cycle recruitment.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines strategic and hands-on recruitment leadership, with the opportunity to help shape how talent acquisition evolves as the company continues to grow.

Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, including technical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
  • Manage the full hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with leadership and HR to supportworkforce planning initiatives and future hiring needs.
  • Provide insights on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring strategies.
  • Help leadership teams think strategically about talent pipelines and hiring priorities.

Recruitment Process & Employer Brand

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, including technical, operational, and leadership positions.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in fast-growing or multi-disciplinary organizations.
  • Experience recruiting across a range of roles including technical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
  • Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a willingness to personally execute recruitment work end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
