In this role, your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, ensuring precise and timely documentation, processing funding approvals and vendor payments, and maintaining data accuracy in the leasing system. As a vital support to our dealers, brokers, and sales team, you'll also rotate through specific department functions to uphold operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and verify lease documentation, ensuring the lease agreement details are accurate and compliant with the approval conditions.
  • Accurately enter all lease and customer particulars into the leasing system.
  • Authorize payment for leased assets and commissions.
  • Follow up on outstanding deficiencies.
  • Identify changes to insurance and lien regulations and standards across Canada and recommend procedural and documentation changes to ensure compliance.
  • Act as an information resource channel for branch employees, leasing customers, dealers, brokers, and the sales team.
  • Promote a professional image of Prospera while delivering a superior level of service to all leasing stakeholders through varied communication channels.

What you bring:

  • Two years in an administrative and/or front-line customer service position or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a leasing or lending position is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of people.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Personal Property Security Act (PPSA).
  • Proficiency with computers and office-related software applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that is market competitive and reviewed annually. Our expected starting salary for this role is $26.07 to $28.97 per hour based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
