What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Manage the flow of information within the office in the form of incoming calls, couriers, mail and emails
- Provide administrative support including AP invoice processing, expense report submittals and support to managers as needed
- Manage meeting room bookings, equipment and assist with meetings
- Maintain organized reception area and common spaces and manage office and lunchroom supplies
What Are We Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office setting with regular interaction with internal teams and external visitors. It requires consistent on-site presence and collaboration.
