Core Responsibilities As an Associate Engineer II, you will join an established engineering team dedicated to delivering high quality, performant and secure applications to our business partners and guests. You will learn our engineering practices and be part of a growing and supportive engineering community. You will contribute hands-on to your team’s engineering projects and be a critical part of our observability efforts.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies
  • Perform engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practices
  • Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts
  • Actively monitor key metrics and reports on trends
  • Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice
  • Contribute to engineering automation, management or development
  • Perform reliability monitoring tasks as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible

  • Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space

• Develop interactive, dynamic user interfaces and functionality using JavaScript for web and application solutions.

• Design, write, and optimize queries in SQL to drive accurate data insights and reporting.

• Experience in using Python for scalable business solutions.

• At least 2-3 years of experience on ServiceNow applications especially SPM and related applications is a huge plus.

• Build robust automation, analytics, and application logic in javascript and Glidescript( for Servicenow) for scalable business solutions.

• Experience in building integrations outside of servicenow spokes – Kafka, REST API

• Active ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-SPM/ITBM) or readiness to certify.

• In depth knowledge of applications within Project Portfolio management with Financials including but not limited to applications below

  1. Resource Management

• Financial/Cost Management

  1. Project/Portfolio/Demand Management

• Time Card management

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Workspaces, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Performance Analytics, IntegrationHub, and scripting.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $84,900-$111,400****annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
