About the role
Maple Tech Space is an IT consultancy firm based in Canada. MTS was started in 2020 with our Head Office in Ontario, Canada, and offshore offices in Kerala, India. MTS has strong expertise in IT consulting, Digital Marketing, App Development, and Web services. Maple Tech Space is a product-oriented company with three products running successfully in the Canadian market. Since its launch, it has seen rapid expansion with over 1000 clients in Canada.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process.
- Prepare listing agreements and upload property listings for sale or lease on behalf of sellers and landlords.
- Prepare and manage all documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring that all required documents are collected from agents and cooperating brokerages before the closing date.
- Enter and maintain transaction details in Lone Wolf (deal management and accounting software) and develop proficiency in its features and functionalities.
- Provide timely administrative and operational support to real estate agents, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the transaction process.
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processing and timely closings.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, monitor key deadlines, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
- Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have)
- 0 to 2 Years of experience in support and coordination.
- Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
Work Timing & Location Shift Time: (Night Shift) 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST / 11:30 PM TO 8:30AM IST Mode of work: Work from office Working Days: 5 working days Job Location: InfoPark, Koratty, Thrissur, Kerala
