Aon's Credit Representative role in our Montreal or Quebec City office may be what you've been looking for!

What The Day Will Look Like

  • Engage management on aged balances
  • Liaise with Account Executives to promote Premium Finance
  • Investigate credit balances and help set up refund requests
  • Update and maintain comments for tracking and diarizing
  • Assist leadership and other colleagues with projects, using advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe/eCopy and internet browsers for research
  • Apply innovative and proactive approach to deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients, and fellow co-workers both within and outside of immediate team
  • Communicate in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the company such as customers, and senior leadership
  • Maintain manuals, policy, and procedure files, etc. in applicable format
  • Assist in research, testing, and/or implementation of revised policies and procedures
  • Reconcile/coordinate reports with other departments as needed
  • Assist with other responsibilities as requested

How This Opportunity Is Different This opportunity offers a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate with clients and colleagues across Canada. The role reports to the Regional Credit and Collections Manager.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
  • Possess 2 years or more of administrative and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Knowledge of general office administration.
  • Excellent organization skills, strong attention to details and the ability to multi-task.
  • Effective communication skills (written and oral).
  • Advanced computer skills required (Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as internet browsers and Adobe).
  • Proven ability to identify areas needing improved efficiency and improve techniques and strategies under manager's mentorship.
  • Shows a proactive, collaborative, and innovative working style within a forward-thinking office, always maintaining the highest standards of integrity
  • Shows a clear understanding of personal strengths and areas for development, proactively bringing to bear strengths and seeking manager mentorship to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
