Hybrid - onsite Tuesday - Thursday
Description The Account Coordinator plays an important role in driving operational rigor, systems accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and run as intended. This position provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end campaign workflow within a high-volume advertising environment.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Account Coordination, Sales Planning, or Account Management support within digital media (video advertising preferred) Experience working within CRM, OMS, and/or ad serving platforms Working knowledge of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders Clear written and verbal communication skills Sound judgment in identifying and escalating issues Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors (Nielsen, ComScore, IAS, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.)
