The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
- Provide pre-sales technical support by reviewing and analyzing customer requirements, developing engineering responses, making product recommendations, and delivering virtual and in-person demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external sales partners, designers, consultants, and clients to support training initiatives and develop effective design and sales strategies
- Deliver post-sales support, including customer training, system installation assistance, and troubleshooting as needed
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- A process-driven, self-motivated mindset and the initiative to work independently
- A strong aptitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field
