The Revenue Cloud Consultant role is pivotal in bridging the gap between client business processes and Salesforce solutions, with a specialized focus on Revenue Cloud (Configure, Price, Quote and Revenue Cloud Advanced) functionalities. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and the ability to tailor solutions that align with client needs, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce and Revenue Cloud needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on Revenue Cloud.
  • Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations, especially within the Revenue Cloud modules.
  • Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce and CPQ / RCA solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Revenue Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live anywhere in Canada, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$120,000 to $160,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
