BDC Coordinator - Subaru Windsor

Subaru Windsor is hiring a BDC Coordinator. As an ideal candidate, you are approachable, authentic, energetic, eager to learn, and capable of engaging customers and colleagues alike. If this sounds like you, you could be our next BDC Coordinator!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent communication skills by phone, email and in-person
  • Comfortable operating computers, CRM spreadsheets, Microsoft office tools
  • Great active listening
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fluid, dynamic team in an environment where priorities shift and can be directed by customers
  • Number oriented, with high attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy while working under specific deadlines
  • Proven organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience working with a centralized billing system preferred.
  • Previous sales and phone operator experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years customer service experience

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Checking warranty coverage on customer vehicles and check for open recalls
  • Maintain records for auditing purposes
  • Answer inbound calls and schedule customer appointments
  • Accurately discusses details of requested service with customers (i.e. what is involved, length of time required)
  • Communicates with customers regarding upcoming appointments
  • Informs customers of expected wait times
  • Communicate upcoming appointments and schedules to service team
  • Schedules first service appointment for newly sold vehicles
  • Other duties as required
