• Welcome late‑evening and overnight guests with polished, attentive service
• Oversee the nightly audit with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
• Prepare daily financial and operational reports that leadership relies on
• Maintain a secure, serene environment through key control and safety procedures
• Resolve discrepancies with poise and sound judgment
• Support guests with thoughtful, anticipatory service
