Make an impact with our Office Services team as an Administrative Office Clerk. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the administrative team and office
  • Process, pick up and drop off documents
  • Organize, maintain, pull and re-sort files and conduct electronic filing
  • Maintain and sort incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing and printing reports
  • Prepare and process routine documents and/or reports
  • Ensure the filing room is clean and organized
  • Booking Courier Deliveries
  • File Room Maintenance
  • Office Supply Ordering
  • Stationary Ordering
  • Pick Up/Deliveries
  • Scanning (scanning in signed paper T183s)
  • Data Entry (logging T183s during tax season)
  • Maintain tidiness of Meeting Rooms/Lunch Room
  • Assist at reception, as necessary
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
