We’re looking for an enthusiasticRecruitment Coordinatorto create an exceptional experience for Company Drivers, Owner Operators, Owner Operator Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers in our Atlantic region. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) behind the onboarding process—guiding candidates through every step, making sure they feel supported, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll also have the chance to expand your expertise and cross-train with other regions, making this a role full of learning, growth, and connection.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Lead the onboarding process for drivers and operators in your region.

  • Send new hire packets, coordinate testing, and keep everything on track.

  • Guide candidates through a seamless, stress-free onboarding experience.

  • Partner with multiple teams to ensure smooth handoffs and compliance.

  • Track progress and manage onboarding status in the ATS.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience That Shines – 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin (bonus if you’ve worked in transportation/logistics!).

  • Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable managing ATS workflows and juggling multiple priorities.

  • Great Communicator – Professional, clear, and approachable with candidates and internal teams.

  • Detail-Oriented – You never miss a step and thrive under deadlines.

  • Language Skills – Bilingual in English/French is a plus

  • Flexibility: Ability to support other regions when needed; occasional extended hours during busy times.
