Whether you join us in-house or as a contractor, you'll be working closely with our marketing team and held to the same standard: fast, reliable, and on-brand.The RoleWe're hiring a Marketing Coordinator – Social & Email to own the execution of our social media and email marketing across all Mosaic brands.This is a hands-on role for someone who likes momentum, accountability, and seeing their work live in the world. You'll be managing multiple accounts, multiple campaigns, and multiple priorities and that's exactly what makes it interesting.You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute campaigns quickly, keep brands active and responsive, and ensure our online presence reflects the quality of our companies.Key Responsibilities****Social Media Management

  • Manage social media accounts for 8 brands across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and short campaigns

  • Monitor comments and messages and respond quickly or route appropriately

  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting tone per brand

  • Keep content calendars organized and accounts active

  • Track engagement and flag what's working or needs improvement

Executive & LinkedIn Support

  • Support and eventually take over posting on the CEO's LinkedIn account

  • Write clear, professional, on-brand posts for an executive audience

  • Engage with comments and inbound messages as required

Email Marketing

  • Build and send campaigns using HubSpot and Jobber

  • Manage newsletters, promotions, and operational email campaigns

  • Keep contact lists clean and campaigns on schedule

  • Ensure emails are accurate, on-brand, and sent on time

Content Creation

  • Create short-form written content and basic visual assets

  • Repurpose existing content across platforms

  • Coordinate with internal teams to source photos, videos, and ideas

  • Move quickly from idea to execution without over-polishing

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Creative, but practical and execution-focused

  • Fast to respond and highly dependable

  • Comfortable handling volume and switching between brands

  • Experience running LinkedIn accounts, especially for executives, is a strong asset

  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Jobber is a big plus

Mosaic was founded in 2016 in a storage shed in West Edmonton. From small and humble beginnings with just two vans and no running water, the organization has grown to a staff of over 80, dozens of vehicles, and franchisees from coast to coast.

Mosaic has always grown with it's customers needs first - every year we survey our clients asking about what additional services they require around their home, and how we can expand our relationship with them. It's our job to make their buying experience simple, convenient, and full of value from beginning to end.

Mosaic acts as an umbrella with a family of brands under it. Mosaic provides sales, marketing, and administrative support to it's brands, who deliver services to clients at their homes & properties. Mosaic does not provide any 3rd party support, only servicing the companies it owns.

In 2020 (pre-covid), Mosaic began franchising some of the brands under their corporate umbrella in an attempt to grow their footprint. Since then they have added dozens of new locations across the country, and have grown significantly as a result. At it's core, this growth is driven by the same thing that allowed the organization to expand locally - a keen focus on a simple customer buying experience.
